To end this I would say that if I were hiring, I would give someone with tattoos/piercings the same chance as someone without. This is under the circumstance that they are appropriate for work. I myself want to get a tattoo and more ear piercings. This is where most of my generation is at which is why I believe it will be more acceptable in the future.
